Our mission is to make authentic Montessori education accessible and affordable, while remaining deeply rooted in the principles Maria Montessori originally intended—respect for the child, independence, and education as a means for social good.
Montessori is more than an approach—it’s a daily practice of trust. Children learn by doing: caring for themselves, caring for their classroom, choosing meaningful work, repeating it, and mastering new skills step by step. Along the way, they build confidence, patience, kindness, and pride in what they can accomplish.
And because families are a child’s first community, we prioritize partnership—clear communication, shared goals, and a supportive relationship with parents every step of the way.
Meet Natalie and Shirley
We’re the team behind Evviva—and parents ourselves at heart. We opened Evviva to create the kind of school we’d want for our own children: peaceful, consistent, and deeply respectful of childhood.
Natalie
Natalie is a North Jersey–based mother of two and a FinTech product manager. She brings a structured, parent-first mindset to Evviva—focused on clear communication, consistent operations, and a strong family experience.
Shirley
Shirley is a Jersey City–based entrepreneur with a strength in building relationships. She focuses on community, partnerships, and ensuring families feel supported and connected from the first tour onward.

From secure entry and clear sight lines to child-sized design and calm, organized classrooms, our space is intentionally set up to support independence, focus, and a smooth daily routine.
Located in the heart of Jersey City, Evviva is easy to access and thoughtfully designed to meet modern family needs—so parents can feel confident and children can feel at home.
